Meeting was called to order by Chairman Val Dietz. In attendance were Supervisor Eric Roberts, Supervisor Mike Holstrom, Clerk Brenda Hildebrand, Treasurer Lori Holmgren, and Deb Holst.

Pledge allegiance was recited.

Chairman Dietz called the meeting to order.

Minutes were read.  Motion to approve minutes made by Roberts, seconded by Holstrom and carried.

Motion to approve claims #4087-4099 and 1 automatic withdrawal made by Holstrom, seconded by Roberts and carried.

Deb Holst came to the board with concerns about mowing the ditch by her property on Amor Park Road. The ditch is overgrown. She also asked about a property line issue they have with the neighbor to the south of their property. The board advised her to have it surveyed or to check her abstract to see if it was surveyed previously. The clerk will check to see if anything else can be done to help.

A letter from Dead Lake Township was received concerning 340th street. The ditches are to steep and water is pooling on the road. They would like it to be redone. The Clerk will send a letter back and ask for them to meet with the board to discuss the issues.

Dedication for the log house will be next month at the monthly meeting.

Board set the 100-year celebration for Amor Park on August 11,2018. Clerk will contact people for help and donations. She will also get ideas on who and what to do for it.

Roberts gave an update on weed inspection. He will spray where it is needed. Township will pay for the chemical, his hours, and the use of the sprayer. He will make a bill to turn in when done.

Holstrom gave the fire report. Things are looking good. They will be looking at the joint powers agreement in the future. It is up for renewal.

Hildebrand gave the report on the park. Things are good. A lot of positive feedback on the new tables and how nice it looks. She had received three thank you notes in the mail.

Road issues were discussed. Twp is still waiting for the sealcoating to begin.

Clerk will check into unemployment for Dave Holmgren.

With no further business to discuss the meeting was adjourned at 8:03pm.
