Coffee creamers will never not be having a moment. Nowadays, with so many brands, varieties, and flavors on the market, choosing how to garnish your morning cup of joe is much more complicated than grabbing the Original Coffee mate powder your grandma used.
Coffee mate alone has evolved so much since its powdered days, now offering countless liquid creamer flavors, cold foam, and even espresso martini varieties. While brands like Coffee mate and International Delight will always be fan favorites, a newer coffee creamer brand seems to be the dark horse in the category: Chobani.
Most of us think of Chobani as a yogurt brand, but since 2019, the household favorite has been making dairy-based coffee creamers that customers adore. The coffee creamers, made with real cream and flavored with natural ingredients, are available in multiple flavors year-round, like Caramel Macchiato, Vanilla, and Sweet Cream. However, the brand also releases certain seasonal and limited-edition flavors throughout the year, like Peppermint Mocha for winter and White Chocolate Raspberry for Valentine’s Day.
Recently, Chobani quietly began rolling out its limited-edition summer coffee creamer, and fans are already stocking up.
Chobani's New Confetti Birthday Cake Creamer

Chobani has a new Confetti Birthday Cake Creamer that tastes like yellow cake, buttercream, and sprinkles reminiscent of a nostalgic Funfetti cake.
The limited-batch creamer hit Target shelves in late February, and social media was immediately abuzz about the new sweet flavor.
“It literally tastes like vanilla cake batter, how can you not like that,” TikTok user @miahowerton said in a video.
However, Chobani’s Confetti Birthday Cake Creamer has proved harder to find than fans hoped.
“I had to go to three different Target [stores] just to find [it],” TikTok user @gracemarywilliams said in another video.
The good news is that after selling out, Chobani’s birthday cake-flavored creamer is back on Target store shelves. The bad news is that it’s a limited-time-only offering—so customers are already stocking up.
“The BEST creamer on the market right now! I buy 3 at a time since it’s a limited batch. Please make [it] permanent,” one reviewer wrote.
While Chobani hasn’t commented on the permanent availability, it did announce that its Confetti Birthday Cake Creamer won’t be a Target exclusive for long. Beginning in April, the limited-edition creamer will be available at even more retailers, including Walmart, Publix, ShopRite, Big Y, Giant Eagle, HyVee, Price Chopper, Schnucks, and Wegmans.
Chobani confirmed that the Confetti Birthday Cake Creamer is its summer limited-time offering, so we should see the flavor on shelves for the next few months, at least. But, with its history of selling out, we won’t blame you if you grab three the first time you see it in the grocery store fridge.
