A romantic home cooked dinner on Valentine’s Day is nice, but there’s something special about all the V-Day treats that make their way into restaurant menus and grocery store aisles during February that makes saying “I love you” a bit more fun. Whether it’s Dunkin’s sweet heart-shaped donuts or Chick-fil-A’s heart-shaped platter of nuggets, there are always delightful treats to look forward to.
As Valentine’s Day approaches, it seems like everywhere you look there are cupid-approved, cutesy food items guaranteed to take your V-Day spread to the next level. And now, thanks to DiGiorno, there’s a new Valentine's Day-inspired pizza that’s sure to win over the hearts of pizza fans everywhere.
DiGiorno's New Heartichoke Pizza
The popular frozen pizza brand is back with a special edition just for Valentine’s Day. The Heartichoke Pizza comes in a cute heart shape and features mozzarella, spinach, garlic, ricotta cheese, tomato, and artichoke hearts, smothered in a creamy garlic sauce atop a thin crust.

This romance-inducing pizza goes on sale at 12 p.m. EST on the following dates in February: Feb. 4, Feb. 6, Feb. 11, and Feb. 13, so be sure to set your alarm to try to get what will surely be a well-loved release from DiGiorno. Adding to the deliciousness of the deal is the price: A pizza costs $2.14 in honor of the date of Valentine’s Day.
The Heartichoke frozen pizza will not be sold in grocery stores and can only be purchased from DiGiorno’s website. Given that its hugely popular Thanksgiving Pizza sold out within one minute of dropping, our gut tells us this one will be difficult to get your hands on. If you’re not able to snag a heart-shaped DiGiorno pie for $2.14 on one of those February dates, you can always try making mini heart-shaped naan pizzas at home.
