This upcoming weekend, we lose an hour of sleep. No one likes it, but we do like the extra hour of daylight that accompanies it. We can stay outside later, get more yard work or other outdoor projects done, pull out the grill, and revel in the fact that the time change indicates that winter is (almost) over.
But, that lost hour of sleep can also mess with our internal clocks, making us drowsier (and crankier) than on other days of the year. Dunkin’ is here to help you with that predicament, offering free coffee—and not just a plain cup of hot regular coffee—for free on Sunday, March 9, and Monday, March 10.
How to Get Free Dunkin’ Coffee on Daylight Savings Weekend
Dunkin’ isn’t even going to ask you to leave the house or get behind the wheel of your car to get your free coffee. The restaurant is partnering with Grubhub to deliver free coffee to customers with any Dunkin’ order worth $15 or more.
The free coffee can be up to a $9 value and is valid on basically any one of Dunkin’s hot or iced caffeinated beverages, including coffees, lattes, macchiatos, Americanos, and espressos. The only catch is the free coffee promotion will be added to the lowest value item.
Since you need to order $15 worth of food or drink from Dunkin’ through Grubhub to get the free coffee, may we offer a couple of suggestions? Several items on Dunkin’s new spring menu sound incredibly delicious, like the new Ham and Swiss Pretzel Sliders or returning Dunkalatte. Of course, you can’t go wrong with the doughnuts, too.
Dunkin's free coffee is available at participating restaurants from 12 a.m. local time on March 9 to 11:59 p.m. local time on March 10. It will automatically apply at checkout on Grubhub and can only be redeemed one time over the two days.
