Even though Baileys is delicious any time of year—either in hot chocolate for the holidays, in desserts for birthdays, or even just sipped over ice on a weeknight—the creamy Irish liqueur really shines on March 17. Much like Guinness and Jameson, Baileys Irish Cream liqueur spikes in consumption on St. Patrick’s Day—aka, the day when everyone is Irish.
Of course, there’s nothing like an Irish coffee made with classic Baileys, a blend of whiskey, cream, and chocolate and vanilla flavors, but much like at Starbucks or Dunkin’, some customers are looking for a non-dairy spiked coffee. So, this year, the Diageo brand is proving that Baileys cocktails are for everyone with the launch of its first-ever non-dairy oat milk liqueur.
Just in time for St. Paddy’s Day, Baileys is launching new Baileys Non-Dairy Liqueur Made with Oat Milk in two flavors: Coffee Toffee and Cookies & Creamy.

The new liqueur is still as velvety and creamy as the original, just made with oat milk instead of Irish cream. Baileys Coffee Toffee Non-Dairy Oat Milk Liqueur combines Irish whiskey and oat milk with notes of coffee and rich caramel flavors, while the Cookies & Creamy Non-Dairy Oat Milk Liqueur is reminiscent of the Oreo cookies and cream dessert with a blend of Irish whiskey, oat milk, and vanilla and chocolate cookie flavors.
Baileys’ two new flavors are unlike anything else in the brand’s portfolio, so you don’t have to be dairy-free to love the new additions. Plus, the brand is adding its Non-Dairy options to the permanent lineup, giving customers more choice when it comes to Irish cream any time of year.
In 2017, Baileys released its Almande Almond Milk Liqueur as a dairy-free, gluten-free, and vegan alternative to traditional Baileys. However, it does feel like the brand is leaning heavier into the oat milk space than the almond milk offerings—even the Baileys site provides Coffee Toffee Non-Dairy Oat Milk Liqueur recipes on Almande’s page.
Whether it’s phasing Almande out or not, Baileys is currently rolling out its Non-Dairy Oat Milk Liqueurs at retailers nationwide. The new Coffee Toffee and Cookies & Creamy varieties will be offered in 750-milliliter bottles, 100-milliliter three packs, and 50-milliliter bottles wherever spirits are sold.
With a Guinness shortage looming over this St. Patrick’s Day celebration, it feels like Baby Guinness shots might be your best bet to get the “beer” this year. Now, with the addition of Baileys oat milk liqueurs, almost everyone can partake in a “sláinte.”
