Spring has officially arrived—both on the calendar and at our favorite chains. But just a few days into spring, and summer has already begun at some drive-thrus, including Dairy Queen. But, before you go and grab a S’mores Blizzard, you might want to caffeinate—or treat yourself to a springy treat before it’s too late.
While Dunkin’s spring menu—which includes the returning Dunkalatte and new Ham and Swiss Pretzel Sliders—has been available for nearly a month now, the chain isn’t quite ready to move onto summer yet. So, it’s expanding its spring offerings by adding three all-new items to the menu.
Dunkin' Adds 3 New Items to Its Spring Menu
Beginning April 2, Dunkin’ is releasing a new beverage, a new doughnut, and its special seasonal Munchkins bucket with an all-new flavor.

First, Dunkin’ is expanding its Dunkin’ Energy lineup, which originally launched last spring. In addition to the popular Berry Burst and Peach Sunshine energy drinks, Dunkin’ will now offer an Arctic Cherry Dunkin’ Energy beverage.
The fizzy drinks feature vitamins, minerals, and 144 milligrams of caffeine from guarana (in a medium-sized drink). You might recall that Starbucks released its version of energy drinks, called Iced Energy, last summer and recently launched ready-to-drink canned versions in grocery stores nationwide. However, Dunkin’s new Arctic Cherry Dunkin’ Energy is the first cherry-flavored energy drink from either of the coffee chains.
In addition to the new beverage, Dunkin’ is releasing its first new doughnut flavor of spring. Dunkin’ is taking your taste buds to the carnival with its new Cotton Candy Specialty Donut. The filled doughnut features bright pink icing, blue sprinkles, and a blue cotton candy-flavored creme in the center.
Dunkin’s other seasonal treat comes in its Easter-themed Spring Munchkins Bucket. After the success of its Halloween-themed Munchkins bucket (which looked like McDonald’s popular Boo Bucket but filled with doughnut holes instead of Chicken McNuggets), the chain decided to release one for spring. The new bucket features an Easter design with decorated eggs—including one that looks just like the Easter Bunny.
The bucket is filled with an assortment of 50 doughnut holes, including an all-new Blueberry Sprinkle Munchkin. The new Munchkins flavor adds bright blue sprinkles to the classic Blueberry Munchkin, and can be purchased in any of Dunkin’s Munchkins assortments.
Plus, after you enjoy the tasty doughnuts, the reusable Spring Munchkins Bucket will make a great Easter basket for any upcoming egg hunts.
Dunkin’s spring menu will only be available for a limited time, so if you haven’t tried any of the new or returning items yet, you’d better act fast.
