  • 1 (10.5 ounce) package goat cheese, at room temperature

  • 1 (5.3 ounce) package garlic and fine herbs spreadable cheese, such as Boursin®, at room temperature

  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest

  • salt to taste

Directions

  • Place goat cheese, Boursin, olive oil, and lemon zest in a food processor and blend until you have a smooth and whipped texture. Season with salt.


  • Garnish as desired, and serve. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
